Payments & Fees

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and diagnostic services:

All sales are final.

No refunds are offered once a service has been delivered or initiated.

Missed sessions or failure to attend scheduled calls does not qualify for a refund.

Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

Sessions may need to be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
